Calling All Volunteers!
Join the Coalition for the Capital Crescent Trail and the Little Falls Watershed Alliance to remove invasive vines and plants along the trail, so native trees and habitats can thrive.
No experience necessary! We'll provide clippers and gloves, or bring your own.
When: Saturday, March 25, 10 am-12 pm
Where: We'll meet at the parking lot of the Bethesda Outdoor Pool, 6300 Hillandale Rd, Chevy Chase, MD 20815. Find us near the Trail crossing.
Who: Open to all. Volunteers under 14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Pre-approved for MCPS SSL hours through LFWA.

Bring water and sunblock. Wear long sleeves, long pants and closed toe shoes to protect against poison ivy, prickers and the sun.
Weather policy: We usually hold invasive pulls as long as there is not pouring rain or deep snow. We will post messages here by 9 am on the day of the event if we need to cancel.
